FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (July 31, 2017) ─ The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation Center invites the Flagstaff community to an Open House to celebrate its new name and remodeled physical, occupational and speech therapy spaces. The family friendly event will be held on Wed., August 9 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.

Formerly known as The Peaks Health Care Center, The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation continues to offer the highest quality care and services. The new space features the latest equipment to help individuals recover from an illness, injury or hospital stay and return home as soon as possible. Individuals will have access to rehabilitating with the SCIFIT recumbent stepper and upper body machines, Tollos electric ceiling lift, and Chattanooga e-stim/ultrasound system. In addition, the fully equipped occupational therapy space has a full washer and dryer, oven, stovetop, microwave and dishwasher.

The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation’s team of highly experienced nurses and therapists provide care that is both physically and emotionally healing. Individuals who enter the rehabilitation and wellness program receive a customized treatment plan based on their specific medical condition and wellness goals. Team members carefully measure progress at regular intervals and make adjustments to promote improvement in physical strength, health, and endurance.

The open house will feature a BBQ, scavenger hunt, balloon artist, face painting, games, and prizes. KAFF 92.9 radio will be on-site doing a live remote show with giveaways and a money tunnel.
