FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (May 16, 2018) ─ The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation and Intergenerational Living & Health Care, Inc. are pleased to announce that they have donated $5,000 to Quality Connections. These funds will support the Montessori-based Adult Day Program, which is designed to help the individuals become more independent in their day-to-day lives. Trained instructors guide participants through hands-on, sensorial lessons for reading, writing, math, and time skills. Music and drama classes are offered daily along with regular outings to a variety of places in our community.

Quality Connections provides support and employment services to individuals with disabilities and disadvantages, and tax-free office supplies around Arizona. Russell Goddard, Executive Director at The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation says, “We view this as a partnership with Quality Connections to help raise awareness of the great work they do and create greater support for them in the community.”

The funds will also assist in developing new Montessori instructional materials for the Montessori-based Adult Day Program.
