FLAGSTAFF, Ariz. (March 16, 2023) – Area Community Outreach Director Wil Hernandez at The Peaks, A Senior Living Community located in Flagstaff, Ariz., was recognized as Ambassador of the Year by the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce.

Hernandez has worked with The Peaks, A Senior Living Community and The Peaks Health & Rehabilitation (collectively, The Peaks) in Flagstaff for the past 10 years. He is presently serving as the area community outreach director for The Peaks and Aspire Transitional Care, also located in Flagstaff, Ariz. He serves as a board member of the Flagstaff Professionals Group. Additionally, he is an ambassador for the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce and sits on the Workforce Development Division.

“Wil is a dedicated, passionate, and hardworking individual whose contributions have made such a positive impact in the lives of those we serve at The Peaks and in the Flagstaff community. We are grateful that he is part of our team,” said Executive Director Michele Ortiz.

Chamber President and CEO Julie Pastrick presented the Greater Flagstaff Chamber of Commerce’s 2023 Business Awards at the 34th Annual Meeting and Award Luncheon on February 10. “We always enjoy delivering a solid program for the audience and sharing our message about the good work the Chamber does day in and day out in northern Arizona,” commented Pastrick.
